Our product reformulation offer, Sweet&You, which arose out of close collaboration between our R&D, marketing and sales teams, provides customised support for reducing calories and optimising sweetening power while maintaining the taste, appearance and texture of food and drink products.

At our site in Marckolsheim, France, we manufacture Ensemble™, a food based on plant proteins. We are also carrying out research on other sources of protein, such as protein crops, peas, algae, biomass, etc.
